How to get your drive to us
Short answer
Pick local pickup (Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood or Summerwood), drop-off, or mail-in. For drop-off and mail-in, call or submit a case first and we'll send the address. Pack the drive in an anti-static bag, cushion it, and never power on a wet or burned drive.
Three ways to get a device onto our bench, plus a checklist you can print so it arrives in the same condition it left you.
- Local pickup in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood & Summerwood
- Drop-off or mail-in — address sent after you call or submit a case
- Printable packing checklist
