First five minutes after a card fails
Take the card out of the camera and put it somewhere safe. Do not reformat it in-camera, do not keep shooting to 'test' it, and do not run three different recovery apps. Every write to a card can overwrite the images you are trying to get back — including thumbnails a camera writes on its own.
Why cards fail differently from drives
Memory cards fail through controller faults, worn flash and file-table corruption rather than moving parts. A card that reads 'unformatted' often still holds every image. A card that is not detected at all may need the flash read directly. We tell you which it is at the evaluation.
Client-deadline handling
Tell us the delivery date. Where a partial result helps, we pull the ceremony, the key shots or the hero clip first, then finish the full recovery. Pricing is fixed in writing before work starts, and any priority surcharge is stated in that quote.

Can you recover photos from a formatted SD card?
Often, yes — a quick in-camera format usually leaves the images in place until they are overwritten. Stop using the card immediately.
Do you recover RAW files, not just JPEGs?
Yes. We recover CR3, NEF, ARW, RAF, DNG and other RAW formats, plus video files, and show you a file list before recovery is billed.
Can you fix corrupted video that will not play?
Many truncated or corrupted MP4 and MOV files can be repaired using a reference clip from the same camera. Bring one if you can.
Do you sign NDAs for client work?
Yes. Client images are handled confidentially, and we can sign an NDA at intake.
