Kingwood & Atascocita Data Recovery is a service of Atascocita IT. This page describes what we collect when you call, submit the intake form, or send us a device — and what we do not do with it. We are a service-area lab in Northeast Houston, not a storefront that sells customer lists.
This policy applies to kingwooddata.xyz and to the data-recovery work we perform under the Kingwood & Atascocita Data Recovery brand. The legal entity behind the brand is Atascocita IT. Sister sites (atascocitait.com, kingsparkit.com, viruspros.xyz, mdaudit.xyz) have their own pages; we do not combine those audiences into a shared marketing database for sale or rental.
The intake form asks for a name, email, phone number, device type, preferred location, a description of the problem, and how you found us. Those fields exist so we can call you back and quote the right kind of work. We also log which page a call button was tapped on, so we can tell whether the site is useful — not to build a dossier. The site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-M5FYWPJYM9) for page views, generate_lead on a successful form submit, and call_click on tel: taps. We do not use that data to retarget you on other sites.
When you send or drop off media, we treat the device and anything imaged from it as your property. We image read-only when we can, recover onto media you choose, and return the original device. We do not mine recovered files for marketing, and we do not keep a copy once you confirm you have what you need — typically we delete lab copies within 14 days of return unless you ask us in writing to hold them longer for a second copy or an insurance claim. If a case is declined or not recovered, the original media is still returned. We do not keep failed drives as parts without your say-so.
The contact form is processed by our form provider so the submission reaches our inbox. The site is hosted on Hostinger. Phone calls go to (936) 251-6130. We do not hand intake details to national recovery chains or list brokers. If a case needs a specialist lab (for example some SSD controller or clean-room work beyond what we do in-house), we tell you before anything leaves our custody and only ship with your approval.
Email hello@atascocitait.com or call (936) 251-6130 to see, correct, or delete the contact record we have for a case, or to ask us to wipe a lab copy sooner. Do not email recovered files back to us unless we asked — send a link or wait for a call. This page is for a Texas service-area business. Lab copies are deleted within about 14 days after we return your data, unless you ask us in writing to hold a second copy. Original media is returned with the job.
